I've had left elbow pain/clicking for about a year when doing triceps. I tried Ultimate-U and it was gone is days. NO JOKE
I tried this pre with ice in my shaker cup and it was next level. I love that it tastes natural unlike most pres where you can tell from the taste theres a bunch of random bs in it. Another thing to mention is unlike most pre workouts this one comes full to the brim. No half full tubs at FNH. Need more for sure.

It's not a magic pill, but it works and I was skeptical. I noticed my hair and nails grow thicker and faster, I slept better, and the intensity of my workouts increased. I also noticed an uptick in libido and appetite. I had to make a few changes so I stopped waking up hungry in the middle of the night. If you have your diet and training already dialed in this can push the next level without going exogenous. I was initially doubtful and already young and active and figured I would experience minimal noticeable effects but was willing so I could keep training hard while cutting. This is my second bottle, I'll stay on this for a while I think. Definitely trying Ultimate-U next.
Not sure if placebo but I've been able to increase the weight quicker and look better since starting this supplement.
I saw Dr Andrew Huberman and Derek from more plates more dates talk about tongkat. So decided to try it for myself. Im a few weeks into using it. The weights I’m using in the gym have gone up abit for eg when I started I was getting 18kg dumbbells for 10 on incline bench press, im now using 24kg. I look abit better shirtless and I feel better too.
I have tried other T boosters with lil to no results but this stuff right here just works
