Got the pre workout and it came filled to the top, full tub they don't finesse you with half tub B.S. It smells SICK i'd give it an 8/10 on this flavour, sh*t's good. Pumps insane.

AFit N Healthy was created by Michale Hartte 20+ years ago, Michale Hartte is a registered nutritionist, herbalist and detox specialist.
She started helping people with their nutrition because she herself had been diagnosed with osteoporosis that the doctors said was "irreversible and untreatable"... Michale didn't believe that though, so she studied the natural way of living and eating after years of studying and eating natural organic foods and herbs, she completely reversed her proclaimed "irreversible" osteoporosis at age 46, and had 2 incredible healthy children Trisston Hartte (21) & Trae Hartte (18).
Both kids grew up eating 100% organic healthy foods and being taught about what their mother learned. Michale Hartte husband Rheece Hartte (69) has been in the health & supplement industry for 40+ years now and has worked with and owned some of the leading supplement companies, being 5-10 years ahead of every other formulas on the market.
Rheece sold his business's 5 years ago and has since been building the brand Fit N Healthy, just recently in the past 2 years has he decided to build the ultimate supplement company with his latest son Trae Hartte who has been majorly into the health & fitness industry doing bodybuilding for almost 2 years.
Trae realized all these companies are selling unhealthy falsely advertised overhyped overpriced supplements on social media to uneducated people for a quick buck, that really really turned the switch and that's when the idea was created.
Since then Rheece & Trae have worked for 2+ years perfecting different formulas and flavours finding the perfect balance between flavour, quality and most importantly nutrition.
They have now just launched Fit N Healthy Supplements on October 8th 2022. Holding the main motto...
